As our Creative Director, Sabrina leads client research & strategy initiatives and oversees the execution of award winning visual design work for all agency clients. Guided by an entrepreneurial mindset and strong creative drive, Sabrina has helped expand the Third & Arch client base and elevate the agency’s reputation. A multi-disciplinary leader with a strong foundation in business strategy, branding, and UX/UI design, Sabrina is adept at applying the principles of design thinking to a broad array of organizational challenges.

With a natural talent for multitasking and thriving in fast-paced environments, Jessica brings a diverse and thoughtful approach to project management. As both a CrossFit coach and a Project Manager, she has discovered that motivating local community members to master upside-down push-ups and guiding designers and developers to meet tight deadlines require the same core skills: enthusiasm, passion, communication, integrity, and competence. Jessica leverages her expertise and experience to lead projects at Third & Arch from concept to completion with precision and dedication.

Micah is a skilled web developer with over a decade of experience in full-stack development, UX design, and web management. Micah currently serves as a Technical Manager at Third & Arch, overseeing client communication, project management, and development team leadership. With a background in leading web development projects, including WordPress builds, custom CMS integrations, and responsive design, he has collaborated with award-winning agencies and clients across tech, AI, and data industries. Micah is proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and various development tools, emphasizing accessible, mobile-first, and performance-optimized web solutions.
